Finance and Admin

The role of our Working Group is to fulfil all the duties of a Treasurer and Secretary including maintaining accurate financial records and the membership database.

Projects include:

  • Annual membership fees and administration
  • Maintenance of the members database
  • Minutes of Committee meetings and AGM
  • Monthly and Annual Treasurer’s Reports
  • Liaison with the other Working Groups
  • Managing budgets for specific projects
  • Reporting to the Charity Commission and HMRC
