Biblical Hebrew and the Bible for Beginners

Have you always wanted to learn to read the Bible in the original language? Then this 8 week (once a week) FREE course is for you, even if you are not good at languages. Learning Hebrew can be easy and fun.
Starting right from scratch with the Hebrew alphabet, we will learn to read a few verses of the Book of Genesis and along the way, you will begin to understand the Bible better.
The course will take place every Monday evening starting on 10 June from 7:30-9:00 in the Community Studio, Cathedral Lodge in the Cathedral Visitor Centre.
Professor Dan Cohn-Sherbok is a rabbi of Reform Judaism and a Jewish Theologian.
