With huge waiting lists, health scandals, problems accessing services and the continuing pressures of COVID our health care services appear to be in crisis. Add to this the growing health care divide between the rich and the poor. In East Kent the question of hospital configuration adds a further dimension. In this talk Prof Peckham will examine these issues from a Canterbury perspective with a stab at what needs to be done.
